The 5th International Congress on Construction History will be held in Chicago from June 3 to 7, 2015.  5ICCH is hosted by the Construction History Society of America (CHSA), an organization dedicated to the study of the history and evolution of all aspects of the built environment.  This is the first time the Congress will be sited outside Europe, having previously been held in Paris (2012), Cottbus (2009), Cambridge (2006) and Madrid (2003).

The Congress is being held at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel within the Chicago Loop, which is an excellent location to survey Chicago's own construction history, including of course, the hotel itself.
